RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 259.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS"
PELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 259 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in
Block 210, Addition No. 7.
Sanitary sewer shall be 8" in diameter, beginning at an exist-
ing manhole at the intersection of the alley between 5th and
6t1i Avenues with the center line of 13th Street anl e7,,.tendinF
North on the center line of the alley of Block 210 to a point
which is the South Property line of Lots 1 and 12, a distance of
approximately 285 feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created sub,�ect tc, all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No, 2014 entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement Dis-
triet No. 259," Passed and appro7ed the 3rd day of June, 1946
to which reference is made for further particulars.
