RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMP7�OVBMENT DISTRICT N0.258�
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTONA;
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. is hereby
created for the prupose of installing a sanitary sewer in Block
214, Addition No. 7.
Sanitary sewer shall be 8" in diameter,, be7inning at an existing
manhole at the intersection of the alley between lst and 2nd
Avenues East with the center line of 13th Street, and extending
North on the center line of the alley of Block ?14 to a point which
is the South property line of Lot 1 and 12, a distance of approx-
imately 285 feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms
and conditions specified In Resolution No. 2013 entitled "Res-
olution of Intention to Create Special Improvement District No.
2158" passed and approved this 3rd day of June, 1946, to which
reference is made for particulars.
