'01hereas it is to the best interests of the citizens of
Kalispell to insure izmxripdiate repair of ,,ill broken
,,iter lines in the str(�ets and avenues of the City )f
Kalispell, Montana, and to bave a uniform system of
such installations,
Therefore be it resolved by the City Council that the
�,,Va,ter Sorks Dept. is hereby authorized and. emPowered
to install ,.ill water services from the w,�ter main to the
property lines and to repair and maintaln such mater
services, that the 'vViter 'Gorks Dent. and its employees,
shall have the authority to open tfae str�-'-�ts and avenues

of the City of Kalispel for the purpose of installing
and repairing all. water services and that no other
person, Persons, firms or corporations s�,-iall have the

ight to open any strer-�t or avenue for the purpose of
installing or repairing any wnter sorvice.
The Water , lorks Dept. and its employees are, hereby
authorized and instructed to kecp an accurate account
of the cost of all labor and material used in connection
with th.e installation and repair of eadh water eervAce
ard to ch.,�,,rge the cost thereof to the property owner
served by such water line. Should these costs be not
pRi.d within sixtL ��s from th.p 'date of such installation
or repair, the Water 'Norks Dept. is hereby authorized
And instructed to discoritinue water sc,.rvice to this
prope,ty until the acco-unt shall have been paid,
