RESOLUTION TRANSFERING C:=AIN FUNDS IN TBE' CITY TRh",ASURY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
That the following transfer of funds be made:
From the Post War Street Fund to the Street Fund the sum
of $101-000-20--
Ten thousand dollars and no cents.
This transfer is necesspry to comply with
Chapter 172 of the 194�5 Session L��,ws of the
State of Montana and to pay for the install-
ati)n of traffic signals as provided for in
the budget for the fiscal year 1946-1947 and
payments therefore having been made from the
Street Fund and further payments are to be
made from said Street Fund.
From the Special Improvement District Revolving Fund to
Special Improvement District #24-2 the sum of 112.65
Nineteen dollars and sixty-five cents.
This transfer is necessary to retire the
last outst,7nndi.ng coupon warrant issued
against this district.
