DISTRICT NO. 267.

MONTANA -
Section 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of
the City of Kalispell to create a special improvement dis-
trict , hereby designated as Snecial Improvement District
No. 267, and said Improvement DistrJct shall be for the in-
stallation of a sanitary sewer in an unplatted area North
of Wyoming Street and West of Main Street, beginning at
a point whicb is the South�rroperty lin,� of Wyoming Street in
the centex line,of thb,elley of Block 234, Klaispell Add-
ition No. 6. and extendine Vorth on the center line of said
alley, a dist,-,nce of approximately 286 feet, more or less.
Section 2. That the approximate cost of said improvements

provements shall be assessed against each lot vithin such
district to be assessed 'or that prrt of the wbole cr).-,t
which its area bears to the area of the entire district.
Secti�n,:4t_�That sald assessment shall be pa-,.d for In three
equal annual installments hereby extended over a period of
three years. Said assessment shall constitute a fund to
be ',,nown as Special Improvement District Fund No. 267.
Section 5. That said improvements shall be paid for in
Special Improvement District warrants issued against
said district in the sum of $100.00 each., benring inter-
est at 4 per cent per annum from the date of registrntion
until called for redemption or paid in full.
Section 6. That on the 21st day of August, 1946, at the
Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Kal-
ispell, Montana, at 7:30 O'�lock P. M., an adjourred
moot!-g. the "ity �ollroll �'ll hear a:6d pnss upon all
protests that may be made against the making of such im-
provements or the creation of such district.
Se.ctlon,7,, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to give the proper notice of the passage of' this res-
olution by publication and mailing as re,-,uJ.red by law, such
publication to ba made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly newspaper
publish,ed in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
