RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL DISTRiTCT NO. 260.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TTiE CITY COUTICIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,

Section 1. That Special Improvement District,Uo.-260 is

Addition No. 7.
Sanitary sewer shall be 811 in diameter, beginning at an ex-
,,isting manhole at the intersection of the alley between 6th aiiu
7th Avenues East vTith the center line of llth Street East and
extend-Ing South on the center line of the alley of Block 24'.7
to a point Which is the North property line of Lots 6 and 7,
a distance of approximately 285 feet, more or less,
Section 2. That said district Is creeted subject to all the
Lerms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2020 en-
titled "Resolution of Intention to Creite Special Improve-
ment District No. 26011, passed and epproved the lst day of
July, 1946, to which reference -'�s made for further particulars.
