RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPBOVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 257.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIJNCIL OF TEE CITY OF KALISPELLI MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special improvement District No. 257 ishereby
created for the purpose of installing R sanitary sewer In Block
246. � Additiot� No,*, 7�,
San1tary sewer shall be 811 in diameter, beginning at an existing
manhole at the Intersection of the alley between 6th and 7th Avenues
East with tl�.e center line of 13th Street and extending North on tiae
center line of t''e alley of Block 246 to a point -,,;hich is.the South
property line of Lots I -rnd 12, Block 246, a distance of approximately
28� fe-t, more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2012 entitled "Resolution
of Intention to Create Special Improvement District No. 2577 "passed
and approved the 3rd day of June, 1946, to which reference is made
for further particulars.
