IRESOLUTION NO. 2044
RE'SOLT7TION CREATING SPECIAL IMPR'OVEMIENT DISTRICT NO. 262..
BE IT RESOLVED 1"Y THE CITY COUNCIL 05' TFE CITY OF KkLISSPELL,
11ONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special. Improvement District No. 262 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in
Block 1'53, Addition No. 1, Kalispell townsite.
Sanitary sewer shall be 811 in diameter, beginning at an existing
concrete manhole at the intersection of the alley between 5th and
6th Avenues !Nest on the centerline of Montana Street and extend-
ing South of the centerline of the alley of Block 113 to a point
which is the North property line of Lots 6 and 7, a distance of
approximately 285 feet, more or less.
SECIION 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in *Resolution No. 2028, entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement District
No. ?6211, passed and approved the 5th day of August 1946, to
which reference is made for further particulars.
