RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL I.'UPROVEMENT DISTFTCT NO. 263.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 263 is here-
by created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in
Block No. 251, Addition No. 7, Kalispell townsite. Commencing
at a point which is approximately 33 feet south of the center-
line of 13th Street East at the intersection of the alley be-
tween 2nd and 3rd Avenues East and extending south on the
centerline of said al3ey to a point which is the North prop-
erty line of Lot 6 and 7, a distance of approximately 250 feet.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2029, entitled
"Resolution of Intention -to Create Special Improvement District
No. 263", passed and approved the 5th day of August 10,461) to
which reference is made for further particulars.
SECTION 3. The exception made to Resolution No. 2029 is that
Lot 1, shall be exempt from the assessment specified in Sec-
tion 4, since it has previously borne the expense of the
33 feet extending from the South property line of 13th Street
to the eenterline of the existing manhole as specified in
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2029.
