RSSOLUTI0111,� CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVE1,4ENT DISTRICT NO. 264.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
110 NT kNA:
SECTION 1. That Special Imrrovement District No. 264 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in Block
261, Addition No. 8, Kalispell townsite.
Commencinr at a point which is the centerline of 13th Street
East at the intersection of the alley between 7th and 8th Avenues
East a concrete manhole and extending North on the centerline of
Block�261, to a point which Is the South property line of Lots
I and 12, a distance of approximately 285 feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2030, entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement District
No. 262", passed and approved the 5th day of August 1946, to
which reference is made for further particulars.
