,RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 265.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TME CITY COUNCIL OF TIES, CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 265 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary
sewer in Block. 148, Addition No. 1, and for the block
North of 148, between 6th and 7th Avenues West North
and between Washington and Oregon Street.
Comnencing at a point which is the South property
line of Lots 1 and 12, of Block 151, and extending
North on the centerline of said alley a distance of
approximately 735 feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to
all the terms and conditions specified in Resolution
No. 2031 entitled "Resolution of Intention to Create
Special Improvement District No, 265", passed and
a�proved the 5th day of August 1946, to wh,,ich reference
is made for further particulars.
