BE IT PIESOLVED RY THE CITY CO'U,",,CIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELLI
MONTANA:
SECTION I. That Special Improvement District 1,,,o. 266 is hereby
created for the purpose of instnllinF a sanitary sewer and is
for combined Blocks 163 and No. 4, �,,Vestern Addition and 1.56
Nestern Addition.

Co,,-.xnencing at a point which is the centerline of the alley between
8th and gth Avenues ',Vest at the North property line of Lot 6,
Block 163, and extending North on the centerline of said alley a
distFince of approximately 716 feet, more or less, to a point which
is the South property line of Railroad Street ',7est.
SEC'J'IJN 2. ThAt said district is created subject to all the terms
and conditions specified in -,Resolution No. 2032 entitled "Resolu-
tion of Intention to Create Special Improvement District No. 260,1
passed and approved the 5th day of Au'Fust 194-6, to which refer-
ence is made for furtlier particulars.
