BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
THAT WHEREAS, Bonnie Belle Read of K,-ilispell, 1.111ontana, is
the owner of certain lends in or adjacent to PLpad's Addition to
the City of Kalispell, as the same is about to be platted and
dedicated, which she wishes to exchange for certain lands belong-
ing to the City of Kalispell and hereinafter described, in order
to facilitate such platting of Read's Addition, the lands to be
acquired by the City of Kalispell by such exchange being equal
in area and value to those to be conveyed by said City,
AND IM-1EREAS, it is to the advantage and best interst of
said City of Kalispell that such exchang ' e be made and a convey-
ance be execLited by said City to said Bonnie Belle Read conveying
to her the lands herein ddscribed:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of Kalispell be and they hereby are authorized and directed to
execute and deliver to said Bonnie Belle Road the necessary and
proper deed of conveyance of spid lnnds, the same being �)articu-
larly described as follows:
That part of Lot I in Block 2 of Read's Addition to Kalispell.,
Montana, described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 24 feet N. 13 4Q11 'Nest from the South-
east corner of said Lot I in Block 2 of Read's Addition to
Kalispell -I ns shown by plat of said Addition now on file with the
County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County; thence N. 55 West a
distance of 48.9 feet; thence S. 76 111 West a distance of 74.0 feet;
thence East parallel to the North line of the NEj of Section
7, Twp. 28 North Range 21 %lest, a distance of 117.�) feet to the
point of beginning, comprising 1040 square feet.
Also that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, described as
follows to -wit: 3eginning at a point on the East line of the
said NWINTEJ, 98.42 feet North 0 551 East of the Southeast corner
of said N7VJNEJ of said Section 7; thence northerly along said
1/16 line a distance of 149.90 feet more or less to the highwater
line of the slou'L�.h known as Stillwnter Slough; thence South 36 161
East a distance of 121.8 feet; thence South 53 491 East a dis-
tance of 43-08 feet along said slough.; thence South 76 ill ivvest
a distance of 110.0 feet to the point of beFinning comprising
7216 square feet, more or less.
