RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVE14ENT DISTRICT NO. 267,
BE IT RESOLVED BY "'HE CITY COUNCIL OF TTiE CITY OF KPILISPELL, MONTANh:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 267 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in an un-
platted area North of Wyoming Street and West of Main Street,
beginning at a point which is the South property line of '01yoTming
Street in the centerline of the alley of Block 234, kddition No. 61
and extending North on the centerline of said alley a distance of
approximately 286 feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2033 entitled "Resolution
of Intention to Create Special Improvement District No, P67,
passe(� and approved the 5th day of August 1946, to which reference
is made for further particulars.
