BE IT RESOL'I.ED BY TEE CTTY COUNCIL OF CITY OF KALTSPELL,
MONTANA:
Section l.That it is the intention of tha� Olty Co,_,,ncil of the
City of Kalispell to create a special improvement district,
hereby desiFnated as Special Improvement Distriot No. 263.,
and said Improvement District shall be for Rlock 251� Add."(.�'
ition No. 7, rLalispell Townsite, commencing at a point
which is the center lin- of ThIrteenth Street East at the
intersection of the alley between Second and Third Avenues
East, a conerete manhole, extendinp South on the center line
of t�e alley of Block 251 to a point which is the North
property line of Lots 6 and 7, a distance of approximately
2P5 feet, more or less.
Section_2 .,eneral character of the improveie t

to be made in said proposed special improvement district
is the installation of sanitary sewer with necessary
appurtenances.
Sectj2D 3.That the approximate cost of said improvements
is 720.00 dollars an approximate cost of $60.00 per lot.
Section 4. That the entire cost and expense of such im-
provements shall be assessed apainst each lot within such
district to be assessed for that part of the whole cost
which its �-rea bears to the area of th�, entire district.
Section 5.That said assissment shall be paid for in three
eql 'ial arn-lal installments hereby extended over a period of three
years. Said as�-essment shall constit�.-te a fund to be known
as Special Improvement District Fland No. 263.
Section 6. That said improvements shall be -aid for in
Special Improvement District wnrr�,�nts issued a,,,ainst said district
in the slim of $100.00 each, be,-,irin�, interest at 4 per cent
annum from the date of registration ��ntil called for re-
demption or paid in full,
SectLaa-Z. That on the 21st day of August, 19461 at the
Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, at 7:30 o'clock P. IA.) an adjoijrned meeting, the
City Council will hear and pass ,.�pon nll protests that
may be made against the making of siach improvements or the
creation of such district.
Section 8. The City "lerk is hereby alathorized and directed
to give the proper notice of the passgge of this resoli)tion
by publication and mailing as required by law, 91,�ch pub-
lic�ation -to be made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly news-
paper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
