RESOLUTION NO. 2011
RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVE171ENT DISTRTCT NO. 2%.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELLI
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 256 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary
sewer in Block 2, and combined Block 9 and B and 1.0 and
C Duncan Addition.
Sanitary sewer shall be 61, in diameter beginning at an
existing manhole at the intersection of the, alley be-
tveen 7th and 8th Avenues East North, with the North
property line of East Idaho Street, and extending
North on the center line of said alley, to a point
Which is the South property line of Lots 2, and 12,
Block 2 Duncan Addition, a distance of approximately
11000 feet more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2000
entitled "Resolution of Intention to Create Special
Improvement District No. 2,56" passed and approved
April lst 1946, to which reference is made for
further particulars.
