BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COT7,70TT, OF T17 CITY OF KALISPM: SECTION I. That the Special Lighting Districts of the City of Kalispellt Nmbered One and Two shall be changed and consolidated to form and be known as Special Lighting District Number Fifty. SECTION IT. That the boundaries and area of such former Special Lighting Districts Numbers One and Two shall be and form the boundary and area of such new Special Lighting District Number Fifty; and that the boundaries of such new Special Lighting District Number Fifty shall be and are fixed as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Railroad Street and the Alley between Main Street and First Avenue West in Kalispell; thence South along such Alley to Tourth Street; thence East on Fourth Street to the Alley between First Avenue East and Second Avenue East; thence North on such Alley to Railroad Street; thence West on Railroad Street to the place of beginning. SECTION III. That the Special Lighting Districts of the City of Kalispell as now existent and numbered as foliowF,: Numbers Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Twelve, Thirteen, Fourteen, Fifteen, Sixteen, Twenty, Twenty-three, Twenty-seven, Twenty�eight, Twenty-nine, Thirty-one, Thirty-two, Thirty-three, Thirty-four, Thirty-five, Thirty-six, Thirty- seven, Thirty-eight, Thirty-nine, Forty, Forty-one, Forty-two, and t6rty-three, shall be changed and consolidated to form and be known as Special Lighting District Number Fifty-one. SECTION TV. That the boundaries and area of the several former Special Light- ing Districts as numbered in Section Three hereof shall be and form the boundaries and area of such new Special Lighting District, Number Fifty-one; and that the boundaries of such new Special Lighting District shall be and are fixed as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Fifth Avenue West and South Railroad Street in Kalispell; thence East on Railroad Street to Main Street; thence North on Main Street to the intersection of North Main Street and Idaho Street; thence West on Idaho Street to First Avenue West North; thence North on First Avenue West North to Oregon Street; thence East on Oregon Street to First Avenue East North; thence North on First kvenue Fast North to Nevada Street; thence East on Nevada Street to Second Avenue last Worth; thence South on Second Avenue East North to California Stred . t; thence East on California Street to Seventh Avenue East North; thence South on Seventh Avenue East North to Idaho Street; thence West on Idaho Street to Fifth Avenue East North; thence South on Fifth Avenue East North to Montana Street; thence West on Montana Street to Fourth Avenue East North; thence South on Fourth Avenue last North to South Railroad Street; thence Fast on South Railroad Street to Woodland Avenue; thence Southerly on Woodland Avenue to Fourth Street; thence West on Fourth Street to Sixth Avenue East; thence South on Sixth Avenue East to Eighth Street; thence 'West on Eighth Street to Fifth Avenue East; thence South on Fifth Avenue East to Thirteenth Street; thence West on Thirteenth Street to Second Avenue Fast; thence North on Second Avenue Bast to Twelfth Street; thence West on Twelfth Street t o Second Avenue West; thence North on Second Avenue West to Eleventh Street; thence West on Eleventh Street to Third Avenue West; thence North on Third Avenue West to Tenth Street; thence West on Tenth Street to Fifth Avenue West; thence North on Fifth Avenue West -to Fifth Street; thence West on Fifth Street to Seventh Avenue West; thence North on Seventh Avenue West to First Street; thence East on First Street to Fifth Avenue West; thence North on Fifth A -venue West to an intersection with South Railroad Street to the place of beginning. There shall also be included in said Special Lighting District Number Fifty-one the following lots: All lots adjacent to the intersection of Seventh Avenue West with Sixth Street West and Seventh Street West; also all lots adjacent to the intersection of Ninth Avenue West with Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Strl:ets West; also all lots adjacent 130. to the intersection of Fifth Avenue West North with North Railroad Street, Montana Street, and Idaho Street; all lots adjacent to the intersection of Seventh Avenue North with Idaho Street; all lots adjacent to the intersection of Second Avenue West North with North Railroad Street and with Montana Street and Idaho Street; all lots adjacent to the intersection of First Avenue West North with California Street. There shall be excluded however from said Special Lighting District Number Fifty-one the lots adjacent to the intersection with First Avenue East North and North Railroad Street; also the area being the lots and blocks heretofore described as constituting Special Lighting District Number Fifty shall be excluded from said District Number Fifty-onet the boundaries of the area so excluded being as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the intersection of South Railroad Street and the Alley between Main Street and First Avenue West; thence South along said Alley to Fourth Street; thence East on Fourth Street to the &lley between First and Second Avenues East; Thence North on said Alley to South Railroad Street; thence West on Railroad Street to the intersection of said Railroad Street with the Alley between Main Street and First Avenue West, the place of beginning. Also the area being lots One to Twenty-four in Blocl-s Numbers one Fifteen and One Sixteen. SECTION V. Wherever in this Resolution the term "along" or "on" Is used with reference to a course on or along a Street or Alley it shall mean on or along the center line thereof; end wherever the expression "to" or "to an intersection withr, a designated Street or Alley is used it shall mean to an intersection with the center line of such Street or Alley. The term "adjacent to an intersection" is defined to mean in this Resolution the lots North and South of such intersection to the center of the bloc�k or blocks affected and the area included within Special Lighting Districts Numbered Fifty and Fifty-one as the same are herein bounded end described shall be and include all of the lots and blocks included within such boundaries as herein delineated and also all lots, blocks, or other tracts ad- jaoent to all �ntersections covered and crossed by such boundaries within the mean- ing of the term "adjacent to intersection" as herein defined. SECTTON VI. Special Lighting Districts heretofore existing as described and nUbered in Section Three of this Resolution are hereby dissolved and all monies now in or that may hereafter accrue to or be paid into the several funds of said Districts, or any of them, as described and numbered in Section Three hereof shall be transferred to and be paid into and become a part of the funds of Special Light- ing District Number Fifty-one. SECTION VII. Special Lighting Distric`ts Numbered One and Two heretofore exist- ing are hereby dissolved and all monies now in or that shall or may accrue to or be paid to the funds of said Districts One end Two shall be transferred to, paid into, and become a part of the funds of said Special Lighting District Number Fifty. SECTION VIII. All Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION IX. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Resolution shall be and become effective upon its passa�,.-e and approval by the Mayor and City Council.
