RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 255
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
I
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 255 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary
sewer in Block 11, Fisher Addition.
Sanitary sewer shall be 8" in diameter beginning at an
existing manhole at the intersection of the alley between
6th and 7th Avenues West, with the center line of 9th
Street 'Nest, and extending South on the center line of.said
alley to a point which is the North property line of Lots
6 and 7, Block 11, Fisher Addition, a distance of approx-
imately 285 feet more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in R,�_,solution No. 1994 entit-
led "Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement
District No. 2'5T' passed and approved April Ist, 1946� to
which reference is made for further particulars.
Passed and approved this 3rd day of June, 1946.
