,RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2�4.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF
KALISPELL� UONTANA;
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 254 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a,sanitary
sewer in Elock 147 Addition No. 1, Kalispell Townsite.
Sanitary sewer shall be 811 in diameter beginning at
an exitting manhole at the intersection of the alley
between 5th and 6th Avenues West North on the center
line of Idaho Street West and extending North of the
tenter line of said alley, to a point which is the
South. property line of Lots 1 and 12, Block 147, a
distance of 285 feet more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all
the terms and conditions specified in Re5olution No.
1993 entitled "Resolution of Intention to Create
Special Improvement District No. 25411 passed and
approved April Ist 19467 to which reference is made
for further particulars.
