RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 253.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 253 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary
sewer In Block 18, Fisher Addition.
Sanitary sewer shall be 811 In diameter beginning'at an exist-
ing manhole at the intersection of the alley between 4th and
5th Avenues West, with the center line of llth Street West',
and extending South on the center line of said alley to a
point which is the North property line of Lots 6 and 7,
Block 18, Fisher Addition, a distance of approximately
285 feet more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1992
entitled "Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improve-
ment District No. 25311 passed and approved April lst 19461
to which reference is made for further particulars.
