Resolution 2007 - SID 252RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 252.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 252
is hereby created for the purpose of installing a
sanitary sewer in Block 247, Addition No. 7, Kalispell
Townsite.
Sanitary sewer shall be 811 in diameter beginning at an
existing manhole at the intersection of the alley
.between 6th and 7th Avenues East vrith the center line
of 13th Street, and extending South on the center line
of said alley, to a po:3-nt which is the North boimdary
line of Lots and 7, Block 247, a distance of
approximately 285 feet more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to
all the terms and conditions specified in Resolution
No. 1991 entitled "Resolution of Intention to Create
Special Improvement District No. 252" passed and
approved April Ist 1946, to which reference is made
for further partic-alars.
