RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMEKT DISTRICT NO. 251
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 251 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer
in Blocks 173, 171, 164, and for Lots 5 and 6 of Block 1639
Addition No. 1, Kalispell Townsite.
Sanitary sewer shall be 811 in diameter beginning at an exist-
ing manhole on the south property line of 5th Street West at
the intersection of the alley between 8th and 9th Avenues Viest,
and extending Forth on the center line of said alley to a
point 'which is the South property line of Lot 5 Block 163,
a distance of approximately 1216 feet more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all
the terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1990
entitled "Resolution of I tention to Create Special
Improvement District No. F51" passed and approved April
Ist 1946, to which reference is made for further particulars.
Passed and approved this 3rd day of June, 1946.
