RESOLUTION NO. 220�
RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPTIOVETZENT DISTRICT NO. 250.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA.
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 250 is
hereby created for the purpose of instal -ling a sanitary
sewer in �Block 250, Addition No. 1, Kalispell Townsite.
Sanitary sewer shall be 81' in diameter beginning at an
existing manhole at the intersection of the alley
between. 3rd and 4th Avennes East, with the center line
of 13th Street, and extending South on the center line
of said alley to a point which is the North property
line of Lots Z and 7, Block 250, a distance of
approximately 285 feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district Is created subject to all
the terms and conditions specified in Resolution 1989
entitled "Resolution of Intention to Create Special
Improvement District No. 29011 passed and approved
April lst, 1946, to which reference is made for
further particulars.
