RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL I14PROVEITENT DISTRICT NO. 249.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 249 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in Block
151, Addition No. 1, Kalispell Townsite.
Sanitary sewer shall be 814 in diameter beginning at an existing.
manhole at the intersection of the alley between 6th and 7th
Avenues West North, with the center line of West Montana Street,
and extending North on the center line of said alley, to a point
which is the South property line of Lots 1 and 12, Block 151�
a distance of approximately 285 feet more or less.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1988 entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement District
No. 249" passed and approved April lst 19461 to which reference
is made foP further particulars.
