RESOLUTION NO. 2001
RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 248.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELLI
MONTANA:
SECTION 1.1 That Special Improvement District #248 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in Blocks
2521 253, 254, 255, 256, 257, 258.
It is necessary to exclude Block 259 since a survey revealed that
it was impossible to install a sanitary sewer In this block as
a part of this project, therefore, Block 259 should not have
been included in Resolution No. 1985.
Sanitary sewer shall be a 12", beginning at an existing manhole
at the intersection of the alley between 6th and 7th Avenues
East on the center line of 11th Street extending East on the
center line of 11th Street, a distance of approximately Boo
feet to the intersection of the alley of Block 256, extending
north or south with an 81' sanitary sewer on the center lines
of the alleys of Blocks 252, 253� 254, 255, 256, 257� 258,
with concrete manholes at the intersection of the alleys
with 9th Street, 10th Street and Ilth Street end at each
turn.
SECTION 2. That said di5trict is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1985 (except
Block 259) entitled "Resolution of Intention to create
Special Improvement District No. 248", adopted March 4th,
1946, to which reference is hereby made for further par-
ticulars.
