That since an offer of Five Hundred Dollars (yt,500.00)
has been received for a portion of the S341; NW�', of 20,
T%�rp. 28 N. R. 21 W, and
WHEREAS, this parcel of land wes purchased for the
purpose of the Munici-,)al Airport, and
13TEMIEAS, 11. S. Highway No. 93 separate,-, this portion
from the main body of the airport and it is no longer suitable
for the purpose for which it wns purchased, and
ITHERBA,13, this property is more particularly described
as follows -
Beginning at a point an the east line of the SE,14 NWj
of See. 20 and on the easterly edge of Highway No. 93,
from which the S.E. corner of SE-1 MYj See. 20, T. 28 N

R. 21 0 W'bears southerly 187.7 feet more or less; thenc;
IT. 32 441 19. 561.1 feet along the easterly edge of said
highwav, thence continuing along the easterly edge of said
highway on a curve to the right of 2825 foot radius, 710.8
feet more or less, to the north line of SEj NINJ of said
Sec. 20; thence easterly 609.3 faet more or less, to the
MP corner of said SE-1 of M1,14� of said See. 20; thence
southerly to the place of beginning, comprising
acres more or less.

accepted and that the necessary conveyances are hereby ordered
to be duly executed by the liayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, and. the corporate s.-al affixed,

to be filed with the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead
County, at Kalispell, Montana.
