Resolution 1992 - Resolution of Intent - SID 253nmm RESOLUTION NO. 1992 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 253 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: SECTION 1 That it is the intention of the City Council o? tEe City of Kalispell to create a special improvement district, hereby designated as Special Improvement District No. 253, and said Improvement District shall be for Block 18, Fisher Addition, commencing at a point which is the center line of 11th St. W. at the intersection of the alley between 4th and 5th Avenues Westt a concrete manhole, extending south on the center line of the alley of Block 18, Fisher Addition to a point which is the north property line of lots 6 and �, a distance of approximately 285 feet, more or less. SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said proposed special improvement district is the installation of a sanitary sewer with necessary appurtenances. SECTION 1. That the approximate cost of said improvements is $720.00, an approximate cost of $60.00 per lot. SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of such improvements shall be assessed against each lot within such district to be assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district. SECTION That said assessment shall be paid for in three equal annual installments hereby extended'over a period of three years. Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as Special Improvement District Fund No. 253. SECTION 6. That said improveiRents shall be paid for in Special Improvement District arrants issued against said district in the sum of $200.00 each, bearing interest at 4 per cent per annum from the date of'registration until called for redemption or paid in full. SECTION 7 That on the 6th day of May, 1946, at the Council C�ambers In the City Hall of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., a regulFr meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that may��be made against the making of such improvements or the creation of such district. SECTION 8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as required by-law, such publication to be made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
