Resolution 1991 - Resolution of Intent - SID 252RESOLUTION NO. 1991 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 252 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell to create a special improvement district hereby designated as Special Improvement District No. 252, and said Im- provement District shall include Block 247, commencing at a point which is the center line of 13th St. E. at the inte-section of the alley between 6th and 7th Ave. E. and extending south in the alley of Block 247 to a point which is the north boundary line of Lots 6 and &, Block 247, a distance of 285 feet, more or le��s. SECTION 2. T�,,at the general character of the improvements to be made in said proposed special improvement district is the install- ation of a sanitary sewer with necessary appurtenances. SECTION 1. That the approxim:te cost of said improvements is 720.00, an approximate cost of $60.00 per lot. SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of such improvements shall be assessed against each lot within such district to be assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area beprs to the area of the entire district. SECTION . That said assessment shall be paid for in three equa annual installments hereby extended over a period of three years Said assessment shall constitute a fun(� to be known as Special Improvement District Fund No. 252. SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement District Warrants issued against s&id district in the sum of $200.00 each, bearing interest at 4 per cent per annum from the date of registratl6n until called for redemption or paid in full. SECTION 7. That on the sixth day of May, 1946, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., a regular meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that may be made against the making of such improvements or the creation of such district. SECTION 8 The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to r,ive the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as req-oired by law , such publication to be made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly newspaper published in the City ofKalispell, MontRna.
