RESOLUTION NO. 1222
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PLAT OF PARK VIEW ADDITIt�N TO KALISPELLI
MONTANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELLI
MONTANA:
WHEREAS, Mr. A. E. Leech has submitted a proposed plat of an
area formerly known as Tract 30-23 in Section 7, Township 28,
Range 21 located east of 7th Ave. E. N. and south of U. S.
Highway #2 in the City of Kalispell, Montana, and,
WHEREAS, the certificate of title has been examined by
E* B* Foot, City Attorney, and found to be correct, and
WHEREAS, the survey and plat of the proposed Park View
Addition to the City of Kalispell, has been examined and
approved by F. P. Scott, County Surveyor of Flathead
County, and,
WHEREAS, the proposed plat will not materially mar the symmetry
and order of the City of Kalispell, Montan4,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, that the plat of the Park View
Addition of the City of Kalispell be approved and that the
Mayor and City Clerk be a-uthorized to sign the plat and
affix the seal of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and that
a copy of this resolution be submitted to the County Clerk
and Recorder of Flathead County with the approved plat.
