RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT ALLEY WAY THROUGH A PORTION OF LOTS 2, 31 4t
51 6 OF BLOCK 252.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, Mr. C. C. Clark and Mary Eloise Clark, his wife,
have submitted to the City Council a deed for a tract of land
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Block 252
of Kalispell Townsite Oompanyts Addition No. 8
to the City of Kalispell, Montana, according to
the map or plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of
Flathead County, Montana; thence easterly along
the south boundary of said Block 252 a distance
of 86 feet to a point, which point is the place
of beginning of the following described tract:
thence Northerly and on a line parallel with the
west boundary of said Block 252 a distance of 225
feet; thence westerly and on a line parallel with
the north and south boundary lines of said Block
252 a distance of 86 feet to the west boundary
line of said Block 252; thence southerly and along
the west boundary line of said Block 252 a distance
of 20 feet; thence easterly and on a line parallel
with the north and south b07.indary lines of said
Block 252 a distance of 70 feet; thence southerly
and on a line parallel with the west boundary
line of said Block 252 a distance of 205 feet to
the south boundary line of said Block 252; thence
easterly and along the south boundary of said
Block 252 a dist�nnce of 16 feet to the place of
beginning.
VaiEREASI the acceptance of this plat of ground to be used
as an alley way through Block 252 of Kalispell Townsite Company'
Addition No. 8 of the City of Kalispell will be to the best
interests of the residents of the City of Kalispell, and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of this dedicated alley way will
improve the symmetry and order of the City of Kalispell,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Counc�l of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, that this deed or dedication of an alley
way be accepted and that a copy of this resolution be attached
to the deed and filed with the County Clerk and Recorder in
Kalispell., Montana.
