RESOLUTION NO. 1226
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A RESURVEY OF BLOCK 256 OF ADDITION
NO. 8 OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
WHEBEAS, on the �th day of Nov. 194�, G. J. Zook and
Katherine Guest did submit to the City Council a resurvey
of Block 256, Addition No. 8 to the City of Kalispell,
Montana, and
WHEREASI the abstract of title of the above mentioned
property has been examined and approved by Ambrose Measure,
County Attorney, and E. B. Foot, City Attorney, and found
to be correct, and
WHEREAS, the resurvey and plans of Block 256, Addition No. 8
to the City of Kalispell has been examined and approved by
F. P. Scott, County Surveyor of Flathead County, and
'WHEREAS, the resurvey will not mar the symmetry and order
of the streets and alleys of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell Montana, that the resurvey of Block 256, Addition
No. 8 of the City of -Lalispell, Montana, be approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the
plan and affix the seal of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
and that a copy of this resolution be submitted to the
County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County with the
approved plans.
