Resolution 1989 - Resolution of Intent - SID 250RESOLUTION NO. _1282 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 220 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: ZECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell to create a spetial improvement district, hereby desig- nated as Special Improvement District No 250, and the boundaries of said proposed special improvement disirict are hereby declared to be as follows: Commencing at a point which is the center line of 13th street, between 3rd Ave, E. and 4th Ave. E. and extending south a distance of 283 feet in the alley of Block 250, to a point which is the north property line of Lots 6 & 7 of Block 250, Kalispell Townsite. SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said proposed special improvement district is the install- ation of an eight inch sanitary sewer with necessary appurtenances. SECTION 3. That the approximate cost of said improvements is '�_720. 00. SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of such improvements shall be assessed against each lot within such district to be assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district. SECT ON 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in three equal annual installments hereby extended over a period of three years. Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as Special Improvement District Fund No. 250. SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement District Warrants issued against said district in the sum of $100.00 each, bearing interest at 4 per cent per annum from the date of registration until called for redemption or paid in full. SECTION ?. That on the sixth day of May, 1946, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 P.M., a regular meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that may be made against the ma king of such improvements or the creation of such district. SECTION 8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as required by law, such publication to be made in the 'alispell Times, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Kalispell.
