RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY OF KALISPELL TO BE A CITY OF
THE FIRST CLASS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
THAT WHEREAS, it manifestly appears by the last city census of
the City of Kalispell that such city has the requisite popula-
tion to entitle it to be classified as a city of the first class,
in that such City of Kalispell now has a population of more than
twelve thousand persons actually residing within the corporate limits.
IT IS HEREBY DECLAREDI by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell that the City of Kalispell be, and it hereby is,
advanced to a city of the first class, and such city is hereby
declared to be, and is, a city of the first class as provided
in Section 4959 of the Revised Codes of �4ontana.
