BE -IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISMLL, MON'TANA
SBOTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of
KallilPoll to create a special improvement district, hereby designated as Special
Improvement District No. 2430 and the boundaries of said proposed special improvement
district are hereby declared to be as follows: Commencing at a point v&ieh is the
center line of 13th street, between 3rd. Ave. E. and 4th. Ave. E. and extending
South a distance of 283 feet in the alley of Block 250, to a point which is the
north property line of Lots 6 & 7 of Block 250, Kalispell Townsite.
SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in
said proposed special improvement district Is the installation of an eight inch
sanitary,sewer with necessary appurtenances.
SECTION 3. That the approximate cost of said improvements is 0,425.00.
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of such improvements shall be
assessed against each lot within buch district to be assesged for that part of the
whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in three equal annual
installments hereby extended over a period of three years. Said assesr�.,ment shall
0onatitute a fund to be known as Special Improvement Di,striet Fund No. 243.
SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement
District Warrants issued against said district in the sum of $100.00 each, bearing
interest at 4 per cant per annum. from the date of,registration until called for
redemption or paid in full.
SECTICK 7. That on the seventh day of June, 1943, at the Council Chambers
in the City Hall of the City of Italispell., Montana, at 7.,30 P. V., a regular
meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that may be made
against the making of such improvements or the ere,,,,-Ition of such district.
SECTION S. The City Clerk i,-,.hereby authorized and directed to give the
proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and miling as
required by law, such publication to be made in the Kal.ispell Times, a weekly
newspaper published in the City of Kalispell.
