Resolution 1990 - Resolution of Intent - SID 251RESOLUTION NO. 1990 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 251 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL� MONTANA: SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell to create a special improvement district, hereby designated as Special Improvement District No. 251, and said Improvement District shall include Lots 5 and 6 of Block 163, all of Bl)cks 164 171 173 commen- cing at a point which is the south bounlary line Of 5th St. W. at an Intersection of the alley between 8th and 9th Ave. W. and extending north through the center of the alleys of Block 173, 171, 164, to a point which is the south property line of Lot 5, Block 163, a distance of 1216 feet, more or less. SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements Te be —made in said proposed special improvement district is the installation of a sanitary sewer with necessary appurtenances. SECTION . That the approximate cost of said improvements 00, an approximate cost of 875.00 per lot. SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of such im—provements shall be assessed apainst each lot within such district to be assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district. SECTION 2. That said assessment shall be paid for in three equal annual installments hereby extended over a period of three years. Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as Special Improvement Districe Fund No.251 SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement District Warrants issued against said district in the sum of $200.00 each, bearing interest at .4 per cent per annum from the date of registration until called for redemption or paid in full. SECTION 7. That on the sixth day of May, 1946t at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., a regular meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests th,--t maybe made against the making of such improvements or the creation of such district. SECTION,8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and.mailing as required by lww, such publication to be made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
