City of Kalispell are horeby extended so as to embracp and
include tha tracts or parcels of land, described in such

esolntion of Intention No. 1998, and ha.reinafter de-s-cribed,
and such descri-bed tracts or parcels of land are hereby
declared to be annexed to, Rnd to be a part of the City of
Kalispell and wl ' thin the corporate limits thereof; the time
when the resolution shell go into effect and the extention
of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell by the inclusion
of said described tracts or parc�,J_s of land with the bound-
aries or corporate limits of Kalispell bein,-, heraby declared
and fixed as the 7th &iy of Tuna, 1946.
SECTION 2. The ti,acts or percels of land so -tarbrnced and in-
cluded7w—ithin the bounderies of the City of Kalispell, as
herein provided are particularly described as follows: -Be-
ginning at a point where the North boundary line of Washington
Street Intersects the 'Rest boundary line of Socond Avenue 'Iest
North; thence in a Northerly direction along the west boundary
line of Second Avenue West North to an intersection with the
North boundary line of Wyoming Street; thence in an j;asterly
direction along the North boundary line of Wyoming Streot to
an intersection of the North boundary line of 1, 94mincz Stroet,
extended Easterly with the Zfestern bank of the , place known us
the Stillwater Slough; thence in a North-l")estorly direction
along said slough bank to an intersection with the North bound-
