A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN LOTS OWNED
BY THE CITY OF KALISPELL� MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
That, since an offer of $1,500-00 (One thousand five huhdred
dollars) has been received for lots five and six (5 & 6)
of Block fifty-three (53) of the Original Townsite of
Kalispell, Montana and,
Whereas in the judgement of the City Council of the City
of Kalispell the above mentioned amount is a fair and
adequate price for such property, and
Whereas such property is not owned or held for any specific
purpose
Therefore be it resolved that the above offer be accepted
and the necessary conveyances are hereby ordered to be
duly executed by the Mayor and '-ity Clerk of the City of
Kalispell-, Montana, and the Corporate Seal affixed.
