by reason of the facts as hereinbefore stated an is

of tl-ie Revised Codes of' Montana, 1�03b, and an expenditare off'
five hundred dollars (,jb00.00) in excess o"' the Current budget
for repairs to the City Hall is hereby authorized for the pur-
T)oses herein set forth, and emer,��ency viuvrants be drawn a�,,ainst
�he General Fund and the City Treasurer is authorized and directed
to Pay such warrants with any -money in the General 7und Ivail-
able and if there is not sUffici ' ent Taoney available to pay such
warrants then the same shall be rc�F�istered and bear interest
and be called for pay.,aclnt in the manner provided Por T��y law for
ot'ner city warrants.
