ON THE AMOUNT INVESTED BY THE C17' OF
KALISPELL.
WTIRMMS, The City of Kalispell is obliged to pay six percent interest
on all registered warrants issued by the City and registered by the
City Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the financial condition of the Water Department of the City
of Kalispell and the condition of the system throughout Will JUStify
such action, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED 113Y TH13 CITY COUNCIL OF TH, CITY OF KALI3PELL, that
effective with the payment due June 30th, 1941 the rate of interest
to be paid by the Water Department shall be five and one-half percent,
per annum on the valuation of five hundred thousand dollars,
($500,000-00), payment to be made semi-annually.
Passed by the City Council this 2nd day of June, 1941.
