RESOLUTION No. 1789
RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTIEG DISTRICT No.43
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MUTANA:
Section 1. That Special Improvement Lighting District No.43 is
hereby created for the purpose of lighting the intersection of Seventh
Avenue West North and Idaho Street West, to-w,it: From a point opposite
the lot line between Lots 9 and 10 of Block 148 and Lots 3 and 4 of
Block 149, Kalispell Addition No. 1 to a point opposite the lot line
between Lots 3 and 4 of Block 150 and Lots 9 and 10 of Block 151,
Kalispell Addition No. 1.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No.1788, entitled "Resolution
of Intention to Create Special Improvement LiFhtihg District Number
Forty-three" adopted 1,171arch 3rd, 1941, to which reference is hereby
made for further particulars.
