A RESOLUTTON EXTEEDINI LIUITS OF TTIJ'4�' FOR OATH OF OFFICE
That by the power vested in the City Council by Section No.
26 of the Revised Code of the City of Kalispell regarding the
,.appointaent of Special Policeman, their oath of office and
powers, which states that such employment shall not ccritinue
to exceed ten days except by action of the City Council, and
that due to the National Emergency which now exists.
3E IT RESOLVED BY TIT-12 CITY COUNCIL OF TqE CITY' OF KALISPJA,*
That this terrm of office shall be extended to 60 days during
this emergency.
