BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMIL OF THE C ITY OF F-4,LIST-ELL, MON`T-,�!TA:
SECTION 1, That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of
K,�,lispell, 14oatana to withdraw from the proposed County Free Lib-�-ary, such
withdrawal being permitted in Qection 4564 of the Revised Codes of the State
of Montana of 1935.
SECTION 2. That the reason for the withdrawal from the proposed County Free
Library system is to avoid additional taxation upon the property situated with-
in the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell.
SECTION 3. That on the 6th day of July, 1�42 at the council chambers
in the City Hall of the City of Kalispell at 7:30 otclock P. ff., a regular meet-
ing, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that nk�y be made
against the withdrawal from the County Free Library system,
SECTION 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to mall�e the
proper notices of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as
required by law, such publication to be made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly
newspaper published in the City of KalisjAll.
