SECTI= 1. That it is the intention of the City Clo-mcil of "he City of Kalispell
to create - special i--aprover,:,ent distriQt, hereby designated as Special Tmnroveme nt
District Yo. 2-12, and the boundaries of said proposed special iri,�.,rovement district
are hereb , 1 , � declared to be us follows: Comraencing ut a poirt ,�Ihich is the center
line of Ilth St. between 5th. _.ve. L'. and 6th. ;,_ve. E. and extending sough a dis-
tanoe of 300 Ft. in the alley of Blc�,k 20S to a �-oint which is tl,e north property
line of Lot 6 & &,. Block 209, Taliqp6ll Townsite,
SECTION 2. That the general clillracter of the improveaents to be n1ade in sadid
proj,,osed special iriprove-mert district is the installation of an eight incla sani-
tary sewer with necessary appurtenances.
SECTION 3,. That the aTiproxirante cost of s,�i� iraprovements is ��425.00.
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and e7pe�nse of such improve�r�oTlts, shall be
assessed against each lot wit�An quoh district to be assessed for that part of the
whole cost which its area bearg to the area of the entire district.

meeting, the City Council ivill hear and pass upon all protests that may be made
against the making of such inr��,-ovements or the creation of such �istrict.
