That ori the first day of july, lJ40, the City Council of the City of Kalispell passed Resolution No. 1737, declaring it to be the intention to issue relief warrants in payment of raaterial, equip- ment, rentals, supplies and supervition in 'the compLetIon of the sewer system and sewage treatment plant of the City of Kali.ipell in conjunction with a Federal Re'_.ief �1,rant; which resolution was pub- lished in the Kalispell Ti�.ies for the period rea ' uired by law. '1'�mt no petitions or objections of any kind opposing the construction of the prolect 'r herein described have been filed with the City Council or at all.. Section 2. That warrants shall be issued ,Against the emerg gency fund of the City of Kaiispell as provided by law for the payr.qent of the indebtedness �nourred for the purposes and in the amount set forth in said 'Resolution M). 1737. Section 3. That the City Council, for the purpose of providing fdoney for the payment of the warrants issued against said fund, shall an- nually 'aake a, levy upon the taxable property within the City of Kalis- pell of not to exceed one-half of one peroenturn of the taxable value of' the property upon which taxes are levied, collected and paid within the City of' Kalispell, until the warrants issued hereunder have been paid. If, however, there are available funds unappropriated for otiier pur-poses safae may be uoed to pay said indebtedness in lieu of the -aforesaid assessments. This resolution unanimnusly adopted by the City Council of the City of Kalispell and approved by the Rayor thereof on the 21st day of Oebobpr, 1940. F. 0.
