W. 10,3 feet; thence running S. 40 deg. b2l IN. 171 feet; thence running S. 2? deg. 221 W. 48 feet; thence running S. 12 deg. 401 W. 138 feet; thence run- ning S. 21 deg. 151 E. 129 feet; thence running S. 62 deg. 201 E. 134 feet; thence running S. 14 deg. 481 W. 366 feet to an intersection with the section line; thence running east along the section line �J94 feet to the place of be- ginning; which tract of land has a spring of pure, clear water thereon and of sufficient size to supply the needs of the Bruckhauser Pool, and is located so that the same can be diverted by means of the supply line of said 'pool, and which tract of land can be purchased from the Somers Lumber Company for the sm of $1000.00, and WTTERFAS the purchase of said tract of land is necessary for the proper operation of a prog ,ram of public recreation, play- grounds and swimming pool facilities in said Woodland Park BET IT R7,SOLVIM, that said tract oil land be purchased by the City of Kalispell'for the uses herein named, toFet1lier with easement for right of way across land owned by the Somers Lum- ber Company lying between the above described tract and the present water line to Woodland Park, and that upon the delivery of a deed thereto to the City of Kali spell and evidence show- ing a good title to said tract, that a warrant be drawn upon the Park Fund of the Qi ty of Kalispell in payment for said tract of land and delivered to the Scmers Lumber Company, a corporation.
