RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVMVIEL'r LIGHTING DISTRICT No.40.
IE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISrELL:
Section 1. That Special Improvement Lighting District No. 40 is
hereby created for the purpose of lighting First Avenue East
North of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as follows,to-wit:
From a point opposite the lot,line between Lots 6 and 7 of Block
25, and. Lots 13 and 14 of Block 24, to the point opposite the
lot line between Lots 3 and 4 of 1,31ock 227 and Lots 9 and 10 of
Block 226.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1532, entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement Lighting
District Number Forty", adopted August 3rd, 1936, to which re-
ference is hereby made for further particulars.
Adopted this 8th day of September, 1936.
