A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS WITHIN THE MAINTENANCE
AND SLPPORT CLASS AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 5083.7 OF THE
REVISED CODES OF MONTANA, 1935.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
WHEREAS, there is outstanding in warrants drawn and regis-
tered against the Park Fund of the City of Kalispell the
sum of Five Thousand Dollars and, WHEREAS, there is in
the General Fund a balance in excess of the needs of the
said General Fund for the remainder of the current fiscal
year and, WHEREAS, a transfer of funds from the General
Fund to the Park Fund to take up outstanding warrants against
said fund will effect a saving in interest to the City of
Kalispell and said Park Fund;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Oity of Kalispell
at a special meeting called for that purpose that the sun of
Five Thousand Dollars be transferred from the General Fund
to the Park Fund, said transfer being authorized by the pro-
visions of Section 5083.7 of the Revised Codes of Montana,
1935.
Unanimously passed at a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Kalispell held on the 28th day of January,
1937.
