sufficiently provide for the expenditures called for under the
agroerieat the City entered into with:� the Works Progress Adminis-
tration of the Onited States to flurnish material aria supplies in
cai.�rying, out the Woodiand 'Park lr�roieet and the sum of $20UU.00
is necessary for such purposes irl �d.dition. to the a.mount here-
tofore autliorized for such purpose.. and
'YWLEREZAS, the unprecedented increase in bijildinfg� constructir'M
has necessitated the employment of n:full time electrical in -
specter not anticipated when the current bulget was adopted,
and the of ��p350.00 is required ih addition to the amourit
specified in the biidget.- and

ligations of the city of Kalispail. atd as such obligations ex-
eeed the amount promided by the last:annual budget and such
expenditures are necessary and unavoidable and it is m2ndatory

That enlierpency warrants be drawn against the funds above nared
and prope�ly chargeable with such explenditures and t�iat the
City Tm�asurer � s a�_ithorized and directed to pay such warrants
with any money in any funds available for soch purpose and if
there is not sufficient money avRilable to pay such warrants
t4en the same shall be registered, bear interest and called for
payment in the manner provided for bj� law for other city warrants.
This beire, an emergency resolution, alli set forth 11erein, the same
shall take effect and be in fii.11, forde and effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
