Section 1. That Special Improvement Lighting District No. 42 is
hereby created for the purpose of lighting 'First Avenue West North,
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as follows, to -wit: From a point
opposite the lot line between Lots 18 and 19 of Block 15 and Lots
6 and 7 of Block 14, to the point opposite the lot line between Lots
9 and 10 of -1�loek 237 and Lots 3 and 4 of Block 236.
Secti on 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms
an d conditions specified in Resolution No. 1631, entitled "Resolu-
tio-n of Intention to Create Special Improvement Lighting District
Number Forty-two" adopted April 4th, 1938, to which reference is
hereby made for further particulars.
