RESOLUTION No. 1630
RESOLUTION CREATIEG SPECIAL IMPROP,%T-riNT LIGHTING DISTRICT No. 41,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COITk,CIL OF TH�, CITY OF KALISPELL, MONITANA:
Section I. That Special Improvement Lighting District No. 41 is
hereby created for the purpose of lighting Seventh Avenue West, of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, as follows: to -wit,- From a point
opposite the lot line between Lots 3 and 4 of Block 179, and Lots 9
and 10 of Block 178, to the point opposite the lot line between Lot
3 of 9lock 199 and lot 4 of 9lock 7, of High School Addition, and
Lots 9 and 10 of Rlock 188.
Section 2. That said district is created sub�ect to all the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1628, entitled "Resolution
of Intention to Create Special Improvement Lighting District Nurnber
Vorty-onell adopted February 7th, 1938, to which reference is hereby
raad�� for further particulars.
Passed this 7th day of March, 1�38.
